Shipping policy

Orders are released for dispatch after confirmation of the payment method or registration of receipt of payment. The stated delivery times apply from the day following the payment instruction for normal order volumes. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note: In the case of cross-border delivery, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in individual cases and must be borne by the customer.

European countries which are not in the EU: 3-10 working days

Countries outside Europe: 7-20 working days
